Depart mid-day Friday and make our way to Hermanus. Our route takes us around stunning False Bay to Betty's Bay. We'll visit the local penguin colony, Stony Point, before arrival in Hermanus which is famous for being the best land based whale watching site in South Africa (seasonal). After dinner you can explore the night life of Hermanus and visit the local pubs and nightclubs. Stay over in a youth hostel.

Once your meal has settled you will experience an exillerating 1 hour High Speed Power Boat trip along the Atlantic Ocean coast. Then it's time to fly... in a Helicopter. Fantastic views of Table Mountain, Lion's Head, Green Point Stadium and the Atlantic Coast on this 15 minute flight. To end your day you will take a 1.5 hour cruise on a Luxury Motor Catamaran and watch a spectacular sunset over the Atlantic Ocean sipping free Champagne.

Here you have breakfast and a pre-dive briefing. You are then taken out on board a boat towards Shark Alley, Dyer Island, 10 kms out to sea and anchor. Here you may view the Great White Shark from the boat or go down in a cage. No experience necessary, all equipment supplied. You get back to your accommodation at approx. 4 pm. Whales, (in season) Orcas, dolphins, seals, penguins and an abundance of birdlife can also be seen.
DAY 4 - Take a break.
