INSTRUCTIONS - HELICOPTER CHARTER
Flights are only confirmed once a total of a 30% deposit or full credit card details are received.
Should the flight be cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be refunded the full deposit paid.
Should you wish to postpone or cancel the flight, notice of at least 48 hours prior to the departure time is required. Should you fail to do so the 30% deposit shall become nonrefundable.
You need to be at the helipad office at least 20 minutes before take off.
A map and directions will be emailed to you.
Please pay the balance of your account, if applicable, on arrival. All major credit cards accepted.
What to bring: Camera and warm jacket.
Terms and Conditions: Should you not be at the helipad as arranged, the full price of the flight will still be due.
