Jesse Jordan Band is a five piece South African rock band. Part of a new South African wave of artists, their singles, “There Goes My Mind” and “Moneyline” charted on South Africa's national commercial station 5FM.

Jackie Kwenda is a soul singer/songwriter/covers singer who is as fervent about music as she is about life. Her style infuses funky jazz and neo-soul influences absorbed from worldly experience, with classic Motown and superfly soul.
To date her year and a half stay in Cape Town has seen her perform covers at a Golden Oldies Tribute and various charity events. The culmination of 2009 will bring an independently produced original EP simply titled “S-O-U-L”.
She is dynamite in a small, easygoing and witty package. At only 5ft 2" the
Zimbabwean born entertainer has a voice that is both smooth and powerful.
On stage she is as fervent as she is serene and as charming as she is exuberant. The stage is her playground and the audience; her best friends.
Her extensive repertoire of disco, soul and jazz hits will have you shaking your body down to the ground or cozying up to the one you love. A chameleon, she changes from genre to genre singing remarkable renditions from the likes of Ella Fitzgerald, Tina Turner, Aretha Franklin, Michael Jackson, Amy Winehouse and more.

The Newz Band have travelled extensively throughout the Middle East since 1996, working successfully in the Sofitel and Hilton group of hotels. We were support band to The Gipsy Kings during their tour of Egypt in 2000, performing at night in the Sinai Desert. The Newz are Paul, guitars and vocals, frontman with a nasty sense of humour. Esmeralda, drummer and lead vocals, is a sassy Spaniard with a powerful voice, the likes of Anastacia, Tina Turner and Amy Winehouse. Alex plays electric and double bass,coaxing slaps, pops and mellow sounds out of these two instruments. Does some dangerous harmonies too.

Christine Conn is a song writer, composer, singer, guitarist and keyboard player. Christine has been singing and playing instruments since the age of 4 and she has been performing for the last 15 years. Owner of her own music school she is able to perform most genres: 60s, Rock, Afrikaans, Gospel,.Irish, Country, Soul, Contemporary.

Neels Moir
In about 1994 Neels started his singing career by performing as a solo artist at Hotels, Resorts and at corporate and special events countrywide. In 1996 he started moving into musical theatre where he performed in over 12 major musical and non musical productions some of which include The Guitar That Rocked The World , Hamlet , Cliff , Madonna , Staying Alive , Good Vibration , Samba , Hot , The Letter X as well as Jailhouse Rock at theatres countrywide. He produced, directed and scripted his own shows and productions, taught latin American dancing, choreographed shows, acted as M.C. at various functions and did voice-overs (adverts) for radio stations.
He is a very skilled musician and plays the trumpet, drums, piano and the guitar. With such extensive experience and versatility and the ability to perform an extensive musical variety from the 50's to the present, he will make your event both spectacular and memorable.
Neels currently performs with musical tracks whilst accompanying himself on the guitar and piano.
Budget allowing he is accompanied by some of the countries most outstanding musicians on both lead guitar and bass guitar.
